The Create Regular Course feature allows administrators to create a series of single or multiple classes in just one click. This feature is designed to simplify the process of scheduling and organizing classes, making it easier to accommodate dynamic tutoring plans.
Create Regular Class #
Step 1: Set the Basic Details #
- Access the Regular Course Creation Tool:
- Navigate to the Courses & Events section in the admin dashboard.
- Click on Create Regular Course.
- Enter Course Information:
- Add the Class Name (e.g., “Math Basics”).
- Set the Cost Per Lesson (e.g., $50).
- Define the Quota (maximum number of students per class).
Step 2: Configure the Class Schedule #
- Access the “Class” Menu:
- After entering the basic details, navigate to the Class menu to schedule lessons.
- Set Periods into Phases:
- Click Generate Multiple Lessons to define the start and end dates for each phase.
- Adjust the duration of each phase in days, weeks, or months based on your tutoring plan.
- Add Single Lessons to Each Phase:
- Click + Add Single Lesson to add individual lessons to a phase.
- Adjust the start time and duration for each lesson.
- Add More Phases (Optional):
- If your class spans multiple periods, click + Add Phase to add additional phases.
Step 3: Enable Drop-In Enrollment (Optional) #
- Activate Drop-In Enrollment:
- Enable this feature to allow students to join even after the phase has started.
- The system will automatically calculate tuition for the remaining lessons.
- Set Multiple Classes Enrollment:
- This allows students to enroll in multiple classes within the same course, ensuring flexibility.
