Student Platform Rescheduling Guide

This guide will explain step by step how students can:
1️⃣ Log in to the school’s Flowclass student system
2️⃣ Access “My Profile” and class list
3️⃣ Request course rescheduling
4️⃣ Check approval status


🪪 Step one: Log into Student Account #

📍 1. Go to School Website #

Open the school’s Flowclass homepage and click “Login” in the top right corner.
(As shown by the red arrow below👇)


🔐 2. Enter Login Information #

After the login window opens, please enter the following fields in order:

  • Phone number (include country code, e.g., +852 or +1)
  • Password

💡 First-time login instructions:
If this is your first time, your initial password is the same as your registered phone number.
Example: If registered phone is +852 1234 5678 → password is 85212345678.

If you forgot your password or have login issues, click “Contact us via WhatsApp” below for assistance.

After entering, click the “Login” button ✅
Upon successful login, the system will automatically take you to the student portal homepage.


👤 Step Two: Access Personal Profile #

After logging in, click your name or profile icon in the top right corner.
Then, select “View My Profile” to enter your student area.
(As shown by the red arrow below👇)

On this page, you can view:

  • Your course list
  • Class times and status
  • Payment and grade records

🗓️ Step Three: Access Class List #

In the student area, click “Courses” or “My Classes” at the top.
You will see all the classes you’ve enrolled in.

The list shows for each class:

  • Date and time
  • Teacher and course name
  • Course status (e.g., In Progress, Completed)

🔘 Step Four: Submit Rescheduling Request #

Next to each class, there will be a “Request Time Change” button.
After clicking, a request window will open where you need to fill in the following information:

Field NameDescription
Select CourseIf allowed by the school, you can switch to other courses.
Select ClassIf cross-class switching is enabled, you can select other time slots for the same course.
Select Time SlotChoose the new date and time you wish to reschedule to.
ReasonBriefly state the reason for rescheduling (such as “illness”, “business trip”, etc.).

⚠️ Important Note:
The system will check if the minimum advance notice period (e.g., 48 hours) is met based on school settings.
If not met, the system will prompt:
“You can only submit rescheduling requests 48 hours before the class starts.”

After completing the form, click “Confirm” to submit the request.


📬 Step Five: Post-Request Approval Process #

After the student submits the request, the system automatically forwards it to the administrator.
Administrators will review based on time and course status:

  • ✅ Approved: The course will automatically update to the new time.
  • ❌ Rejected: The course remains at the original time slot.

When the result is ready, you will receive an email notification including:

  • Approval result
  • Updated class date and time (if approved)

When you access “My Classes” page again, you can immediately see the modified date.

💡 Reminder #

  • It’s recommended to submit rescheduling requests early to avoid missing the minimum advance notice period.
  • If you encounter login or operation issues, please use the “Contact us via WhatsApp” button on the screen for support.

✅ After completing these six steps, you’ll be able to successfully log into the Flowclass student portal and submit your rescheduling request!
