Step By Step Guide #
1. Go to the Dashboard #
- Navigate to https://app.flowclass.io and log in if needed.
2. Access Promotion & Fees #
- In the left sidebar, click “Promotion or Fees”.
3. Open the Coupons Section #
- Click on “Coupon” to view the list of all coupon promotions.
4. Find the Coupon to Edit #
- Locate the coupon you want to update.
- Click the menu button (usually three dots or an actions menu) next to that coupon.
5. View Coupon Details #
- Select “View Details” from the menu to enter the coupon’s detail page.
6. Edit Eligible Students #
- Scroll down to the section labeled “Students who can use this coupon” or similar.
- Click the “Change” button next to this section.
7. Select Students #
- In the pop-up or selection area, search for and select the students you want to add or remove.
- Confirm your selection when done.
8. Save Changes #
- Review your changes.
- Click “Save” or “Update” to apply the changes.
9. Done! #
- The selected students are now eligible to use the coupon.
